Hispanic Actress for "Flora Meets a Bee" Show
Theatre is seeking a performer of Latin/Hispanic descent to authentically portray Flora in upcoming production of "Flora Meets a Bee". ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See more info below. Additional info: Rehearsals: October 6th – December 4th, 2026. Rehearsals are typically held Tuesday–Saturday between the hours of 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Performances: October 21st – December 4th, 2026. This production will consist of In-house performances as well as Touring performances. Performances take place during daytime hours for school and family audiences. Aged 18+. A Latina foster child, 8 years old. A curious, imaginative eight-year-old girl adjusting to life with a new foster family, Flora is playful, expressive, and ful of wonder. Performers should be comfortable with movement-based performance and interactive theatre. Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred.
