Audition for Movie "The Silence That Follows" in SC

Our strong female lead. Gutsy, unstoppable and level-headed, Mel is the big sister and guardian of Ethan and Jimmy after her parents died. Separated from her brothers when the rage virus pandemic hits their small backwoods town, Mel fights tirelessly to find any word of their location. Years of lonely survivalist living have hardened her. Mel buries her grief behind the scope of her sniper rifle, guarding her small band of survivors. But she refuses to let hope of finding her family die.

Ethan is a sensitive and anxious college kid living with his siblings when a rage virus pandemic decimates their small town. Three years after the outbreak, Ethan falls in with a predatory and manipulative leader who offers him a false sense of security and vague promises of a cure. Battling with undiagnosed bipolar disorder, he fights to keep his grasp on reality, as he searches for a way to save his siblings.

Our patient zero, Jimmy was a young high school athlete full of promise. On one fateful Easter Sunday, he succumbs to a new and incurable rage virus, setting the events of this story into motion. Though this character has no spoken lines, he plays a major role in the growing tension and conflict between Mel and Ethan throughout the film. We are searching for an actor with a background in dance or a strong skill in developing character physicality.
