Casting talent for a brand-new, experimental comedy series, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional info: Filming in Reading, Pennsylvania. Prior acting experience is welcome, but not required. Directors are specifically interested in discovering new talent and people who may be looking for their first real opportunity in front of the camera. Looking for actors who can: Think outside the box Improvise and react naturally Handle unconventional and edgy comedy Bring strong personalities to their characters Commit to recurring roles Work well with a small ensemble cast Not be afraid to push the envelope of “normal” societal standards Scriptwriting experience is a PLUS. Phil hates pretty much everything about his life — and somehow, everything that can go wrong always seems to find him. He’s cynical, frustrated, and constantly questioning how his life got to this point. Fortunately, Phil has two friends who are the one constant in his life. Unfortunately, they're probably not the best influences.
Phil’s friend and partner in questionable decisions. Jay has a bizarre sense of humor, a carefree attitude, and a unique way of looking at life. He doesn't necessarily make Phil's problems better… but he sure makes them more entertaining.
The third member of this unconventional trio. Sam is charismatic, unpredictable, and every bit as comfortable with the absurd as Phil and Jay. She brings her own perspective, attitude, and willingness to take things somewhere unexpected.
