Additional info: Chicago Med and Chicago PD are looking to expand their roster of REAL PARAMEDICS AND REAL RESPONSE ΠΕ ΑΝΕ FIREFIGHTERS. If interested please note that the form is only collecting ONE photo. A simple headshot or full length photo (does not need to be professional) will suffice, and if directors need more, they'll reach out and ask you for additional photos.
