About the project: SYNOPSIS: From two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, Clyde’s is a sharp, soulful comedy about redemption and resilience. Set in a roadside sandwich shop staffed by formerly incarcerated workers, the play explores the healing power of food, the complexities of forgiveness, and the transformative strength of human connection. Rate: LORT Non-Rep $889 weekly minimum (LORT D) Additional info: Audition day break: 1:00PM - 2:00PM. All roles will be understudied. PREPARATION: Please prepare either: TWO contrasting monologues not exceeding 3 minutes in total OR a short song and a short monologue not to exceed more than 3 minutes in total. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring a physical copy of your resume and headshot stapled together. 1st Rehearsal: 3/23/27 Tech begins: 4/8/27 1st Preview: 4/14/27 Opening: 4/17/27 Closing: 5/2/27 EPA Procedures are in effect for this audition.
