Lead. He is the lead in every film that requires an actor, apart from the physician role, which is cast separately. A composed professional whose ordinary routine quietly comes apart, carried almost entirely through stillness, timing & expression, with a small amount of dialogue in one film. Naturalistic & understated. This film lives in micro-expression, not dialogue. Able to hold a look and sustain a long take with minimal direction. On-camera or stage experience helpful, but not required.
South Asian preferred. 8–10 needed. Clinic patients and staff for the waiting-room scene and general coverage across the series. Quiet, natural presence — sitting, waiting, walking through frame. No experience necessary. Bring two wardrobe options in muted, solid colors.
