“Cheer On” Student Film in Search of Cast
Casting call (in-person/by appointment) for student movie “Cheer On”. Actors wanted. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional information is provided below. About the project: Logline: When a male cheer captain accidentally rips his shirt in front of the entire squad, he must overcome his embarrassment to demonstrate a new routine. Additional info: A non union production. Shooting dates: October, TBA. Actors, please apply for sides and an audition time slot. A slightly overweight cheer captain who must come to terms with the realization of his weight gain. Must be comfortable cheering and being shirtless. Dance experience preferred, but not necessary.
Zack’s best friend, bold and brass cheerleader who helps Zack sees the light.
A flamboyant cheerleader who is Big Red’s sidekick.
An overconfident sassy cheerleader. Self-centered and cares about image/perfection. Red hair a plus, but not necessary.
