Rate: Union. This production is an ACTRA CIPIP, with performers engaged at a 35% reduction to IPA rates. Additional information: Genre: Comedy, Drama. Dates: September 8th to October 5th, 2026. Liam is a well-meaning comic caught between loyalty, guilt, and total exhaustion. He helped bring Wes into his current living situation and still wants to believe he’s salvageable. (Principal, 3 days)
Tyler is Wes’s ex: sharp, guarded, emotionally intelligent, and completely done being pulled into Wes’s chaos. Having moved on, Wes’s arrival in his life is more invasive than romantic. (Principal, 1 day)
Roommate #1 is earnest, anxious, and overly formal - trying very hard to act like an adult in a situation they are absolutely not equipped to handle. Overtly “Gen Z”. (Principal, 2 days)
