LEAD ROLE. Perceptive. Restless. Sloane feels the distance between them before she can explain it. She longs for clarity, honesty, and one conversation where nothing gets softened or avoided. Tender but intense, Sloane is exhausted from trying to be seen by someone who loves her but cannot quite understand her.
LEAD ROLE. Little One is written from lived experience and Frankie is inspired by a masc presenting lesbian of colour. Performers who share aspects of that experience are especially encouraged to submit. We will consider all submissions from all performers. Warm, gentle, and sure she’s one of the good ones. Frankie is easy to love and easy to be around, hopeful, quick to reassure, the kind of person who softens a hard moment with “everything happens how it’s meant to” and means it.
