"Christmas Carol" Play Seeking Actors

About the project: A nostalgic holiday production filled with memorable characters, dramatic storytelling, and the magic of live radio. Directors are looking for performers to bring Ebenezer Scrooge, the spirits, the Cratchit family, and more to life through voice expression, and imagination. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or trying something new, we invite you to be part of this timeless Christmas classic. Note that not all characters sing, so non-singers are welcome to audition. Additional info: Callbacks August 22, 2pm - 4pm Please prepare a 1-minute song (optional for non-singers). A bluetooth speaker will be available for accompaniment. You will also be asked to do a 1 minute cold read from the script. If auditioning for the pianist (Toots) please prepare a Christmas song to play on the piano. Show dates are November 12, 13, 14, 16, 19, 20, 21 & 23 Rehearsals begin September 17th, and will probably be held Wednesday and Thursday evenings, depending on cast schedules.
