Age: 30. A psychoanalyst specializing in experimental neuroscience. Invited to observe Mrs. Haskell using a prototype neuron-mapping system. As the examination unfolds, he finds himself witnessing events that cannot be explained.
Age: 60. A quiet, devoted husband caring for his wife as she slowly loses touch with reality. When he begins experiencing the same strange visions as his wife, he is drawn into a world where memory and love must be confronted.
Age: 50. The Haskells’ longtime physician. Warm, reassuring, and quietly compassionate, he has spent years caring for Mrs. Haskell through the progression of her illness. While he believes in medicine and routine, today’s visit will challenge everything he thought he understood.
Age: 60. An elderly woman living with a mysterious neurological condition. Those around her fear the worst is happening however, she carries an unexpected sense of peace. As if she is slowly discovering something beautiful beyond their understanding.
A mysterious young woman who appears during Mrs. Haskell’s examination. Graceful, silent, and strangely familiar, she becomes a quiet guide whose presence leads Mr. Haskell toward the film’s final emotional revelation.
