About the play: Late one winter night, sculptor Hugh Ballantyne calls the one person he never expected to see again. Katie arrives believing Hugh is dying, only to discover he wants to revisit the story of their relationship. As memories of love, ambition, betrayal and regret are replayed, the truth becomes increasingly difficult to separate from fiction. Set in Stone is a poignant, funny and deeply moving contemporary drama about memory, forgiveness, second chances and the stories we tell ourselves. Additional information: Callbacks (if required): Saturday, August 1 – 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (On Stage) Rehearsals begin August 25th, Thurs Evenings from 7-10pm and Sunday 1-5pm. Female-presenting. Hugher's former partner. Intelligent, compassionate and emotionally resilient, Katie refuses to let Hugh rewrite the past. A role requiring warmth, strength and emotional honesty.
