About the project: Box Out Bullying is an acclaimed two-person interactive comedy that tours elementary and middle schools nationwide. This fast-paced production combines comedy, audience participation, physical storytelling, and heartfelt moments to create an unforgettable experience. Rate: $750 per performance week, plus $40/day per diem for overnight stays, accommodations, and contract completion bonus Additional info: Requirements: Valid driver's license, comfortable driving a company SUV/minivan, able to assist with basic load-in, strike. Rehearsals: Lancaster, PA | Tentatively August 23 through September 7, 2026. Dates subject to change, may start later than August 23rd. Tour: September 8, 2026 through December 10. January 15-May 22, 2027. With a possible two week extension. When applying, please include your headshot and résumé. Selected actors will receive sides for a self-tape. A naturally funny, charismatic actor who enjoys making kids laugh and can build an authentic connection with an audience. Strong comedic instincts, expressive movement, and the ability to engage directly with elementary and middle school students are essential. Looking for someone who is dependable, collaborative, energetic, and excited to be part of a close-knit touring company. Experience with touring productions, Theatre for Young Audiences, or educational theatre is a plus, but not required.
