Casting Call for "Bar Car" Feature Film

Casting extras and day players for "Bar Car" film. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Bar Car takes place during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Rate: Day players: $100–$300 depending on role and screen time. Extra roles are non-paid; food, snacks, and beverages will be provided. Additional info: Shooting dates: July 27–August 3, 2026. Shooting hours: approximately 7:00 PM–3:00 AM. Location: Danbury Railway Museum, Danbury, CT. All scenes filmed overnight inside a stationary train car. All performers must provide their own transportation to and from set. Herbal cigarettes will be smoked during certain scenes. A theatrical hazer or fog machine will be used. The train car may be hot due to filming during late July; a cooling tent and air-conditioned space inside the museum will be available. Anyone who owns period-appropriate clothing (late 1980s–early 1990s) is encouraged to bring it. Suggested wardrobe includes simple dress shirts, slacks or dress pants, jackets, sweaters, blouses, and period-appropriate accessories.
