Ex Smokers who Quit Before/During or After Pregnancy for PAC

Casting former smokers who quit before, during, or after pregnancy for an upcoming public awareness campaign. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please review the details outlined below. About the project: Were you a smoker and experienced pregnancy or postpartum complications that your medical provider believes were caused by tobacco use? Directors would love to hear your story. Rate: Selected participants can earn $15,000 for a 2–3 day shoot. Additional info: Requirements:
 • Florida resident
 • Former smoker who quit before, during, or after pregnancy
 • Comfortable sharing your story
 • A medical professional must be willing to complete a form confirming that tobacco use caused your pregnancy and/or postpartum complications. Shooting on August 14, 15 & 16. See the flyer attached. When applying, please include your name, contact info, city, and a brief summary of your story.
