"Giselle" Musical Show Looking for Performers
Casting performers for "Giselle" Musical Show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Giselle is an original musical adaptation of Adolphe Adam’s 1841 romantic ballet of the same name, loosely reconfiguring the plot of the original ballet into a kaleidoscopic ghost story told through Appalachian folksong, written and composed by Cassian Grove and Rory John. Five archetypal storytellers weave together history, myth, and song to bring the story to life in an immersive show about vengeance, dancing, and death. Additional info: Rehearsals have begun and are Tues-Fri, 6:30-9:30pm in San Jose. Not all actors are called to every rehearsal! The show performs August 29 and 30. Please apply if interested.
