We are searching for "Morning Lifestyle Anchors"—natural motivators, people persons, and problem solvers who exhibit massive personality and deep patience while running structured, daily morning talk shows from home (1.5 to 3.5 hours per session). If you love to talk, easily connect with strangers, and can maintain high conversational energy in early slots (6 AM - 11 AM), this track is built for you. We convert your live interaction traffic into predictable monthly revenue via optimized Fan Club subscriptions and brand deals. Before full show launch, selected talent enters our exclusive, fully supported Incubation & Technical Alignment Track. You will receive expert development and operational training to master the algorithm.
