Casting actors for a demo reel project recreating scenes from "The Pitt" and "Law & Order: SVU". See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Directing two scenes on elaborate sets built with students in downtown Cleveland — one scene from "The Pitt" and another from "Law & Order: SVU." Tonally these are both dramatic, but not without a little humor and a lot of heart. Not interested in lookalikes or behave-alikes. When applying, please send the following: reel, résumé.

"The Pitt" Lead physician in an over-busy Pittsburgh emergency room. Would burn-out if he had the time.
"The Pitt" One of two siblings grappling with the decision to take their elderly father off life support.
"The Pitt" This is the elderly father, the patient on life support, should conceivably be 20 years or so Jereme's senior. Some of which can be achieved with make-up. This part will require a fair amount of sitting around in a hospital bed and being hooked-up to medical tubing that functionally does nothing.
"Law & Order: SVU" Stabler is tough and streetwise, borderline reckless. Get the iconic depiction out of your head. Could you play a tough NYPD detective grilling a young man accused of a heinous crime?
"Law & Order: SVU" Fast talking and full of sass in this scene. Again, you needn't be Mariska Hargitay, but you need to look like you could hack in on the streets with New York's finest, confronting its most deplorable.
