Smith is confident without being arrogant, quick-witted without demanding attention, and effortlessly likeable. As a director, he has a natural ability to read people, earning trust without dominating the room. Beneath his confidence, however, is someone who carries the weight of unresolved moments from his past, even if he tries not to let them show. Even at his most self-assured, there remains a quiet uncertainty beneath the surface.
