About the project: A cinematic short film about five Black women navigating one Friday evening together in Vancouver, BC. Rate: VOLUNTEER/IN-KIND PRODUCTION. Participants will receive: Screen Credit, Professional BTS Stills, Reel/Portfolio Material, Film Copy Upon Completion, Priority on Next Paid, Project, Targeting Festival Submission. Additional information: Currently casting Supporting Roles and Background Performers. Seeking performers from all experience levels. SHOOT DATES August 21–24, 2026. Vancouver, BC. BACKGROUND PERFORMERS To authentically reflect the cultural richness & diversity of Vancouver, especially encourage submissions from Indigenous, Black, Latino, East Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, Mixed-Race, and White performers.
