About the project: SYNOPSIS: Truly, Howard Hughes is an unconventional love story following one of the 20th Century's most fascinating figures: aviator, filmmaker, businessman, and recluse, Howard Robard Hughes, Jr. The story unfolds as Hughes revisits his extraordinary life during his final moments, confronting the one thing his power and fortune could never secure, and leaves us with a haunting question: Would you, if you could? Rate: Off Broadway $916 weekly minimum + pension/health + media fee. Additional info: Audtion day break: 1:00PM - 2:00PM. PREPARATION: Please bring a hardcopy of your picture/resume, stapled. Please prepare a short cut of a song in the style of the show (traditional musical theatre, preferably something with line). Please bring sheet music. An audition pianist will be provided. 1st Rehearsal: August 11, 2026 1st Preview: September 9, 2026 Opening: September 17, 2026 Closing: October 4, 2026 EPA Procedures are in effect for this audition.
