About the project: Lucy Seward, whose father is the doctor in charge of an English sanitorium, has been attacked by some mysterious illness. Dr. Van Helsing, a specialist, believes that the girl is the victim of a vampire, a sort of ghost that goes about at night sucking blood from its victims. The vampire is at last found to be a certain Count Dracula. From the novel by Bram Stoker. Version: Dramatized by Hamilton Deane & John L. Balderston. Rate: All performers will be paid a per-performance stipend. Additionally, those cast will be given the opportunity to join the restaurant service staff (if legally eligible, and following training) where they may earn gratuities. Additional info: Auditions will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026. Sign in begins at 6:00PM, Auditions begin at 6:30PM, Must be signed in by 6:45PM. All roles are open. Swings/Understudies may be cast/considered. Please bring headshot and resume with you to audition. Please also bring an up-to-date schedule or calendar to make note of the tentative rehearsal schedule. Be prepared to perform cold readings from the script. Performance Dates: Friday and Saturday evenings September 12, 18, 19, 25, 26, October 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, & 30 and Sunday afternoons September 13, 27, & November 1.
