Theater Audition for "Little Women" Play

About the play: This is a brand new adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel. Written for an ensemble of five, this adaptation finds the March sisters and Laurie returning to their childhood home. As they are flooded with memories, they take on their childhood tradition of playing pretend to tell their own story, each portraying those who shaped them. This ensemble tells a story of growing up, the ups and downs of sisterly affection, having dreams, and changing dreams, and learning how to find our place and purpose in a world riddled with heartbreak. Rate: Non union. Performers will be contracted under the Equity Artists' Collective Policy (ACP) and will receive a share of profits as well as a guaranteed honorarium of $200. Additional information: Shoot/Performance Date(s) November 27-29, 2026 (Langley BC), December 1-6, 2026 (Vancouver BC). Exact dates TBD. Rehearsals ideally will start approximately at the beginning of October with 3-4 4-hour rehearsals per week, more before tech if required. Location TDB Richmond and Vancouver.
