About the project: This is an upcoming non-union animated documentary series portraying real historical figures. Talent should have strong character looks and the ability to authentically portray individuals from the early 1800s. Casting approximately 12–15 actors who can portray American frontiersmen and military officers, Mexican military officers and political figures, Tejano leaders and citizens, and historical figures ranging from their late 20s to 60s. Experience with horseback riding, military training, Spanish language, historical reenactment, or other period-appropriate skills is a plus, but not required. Rate: Principal Role: $1,550 (includes one filming day, approximately 2–4 hours). Additional VO pickups: approximately 3 sessions at $150 per session, if requested. Estimated total pay: up to $2,000. Supporting Role: $950 (one filming day, approximately 2–4 hours). Optional VO pickups: up to 3 sessions at $150 each, if needed. Maximum total pay: up to $1,400.
