About the project: Sofia finds a pre-hispanic rock which has a spirit, that will possess her slowly until she turns into a Nahual. Sofia is a woman who is currently struggling with finding herself and what to do in the future; she is connected with nature and has a strong character. She can be stubborn, she doesn’t like to ask for help. When Sofia finds the rock she starts changing her personality where she will start feeling possessive about her rock and becomes codependent. In this process of change, her body movements start becoming like that of an Owl and she becomes more animal like than human.
Luis is a man who was born in Canada, after his family migrated from Mexico. He has a strong connection with his grandfather who is the one that teaches him about Mexican culture. Luis is the kind of person who tries to help others without thinking, even though he can feel a lot of fear sometimes.
Ramon came to Canada in his late 50s with his family after being followed by Narcos in his city in Guerrero Mexico. He is the type of grandfather who has lived through a lot of things in his life and he always likes sharing them. He is brave, and he will do anything to keep his family safe. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH.
