Open Call: Sport-Themed Dance Performance

Open Call: Sport-Themed Dance Performance Dancers will perform a new "sport" in a fine art gallery setting. The emphasis is on movement and shape, not necessarily the appearance of the selected talent. Expect to move and sweat in the provided uniform of shirt, shorts, and sport accessories. The objective is to play the game as a dancer, not as an athlete out to win. On July 22, 2026, Skypomp will be hosting an open casting between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM for the performance on the following day, the twenty-third, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Auditions will be The dancers selected for the roles of Competitor I and Competitor II will be compensated for their time. Both auditions and the performance will be held at Skypomp, 301 Smithfield Street, Downtown Pittsburgh, entryway on 3rd Avenue.
