About the project: Three retired Canadian Navy sailors settle into a small prairie city to be closer to their old Cheif Pettty Officer, Bill, now owner of a Navy-themed pub called The Bollard. After Bill suddenly passes away, the three discover in his will that they have been left both the Bollard and Kelly, the pub's manager.
