Logline: Four friends — Kenneth, Nick, Tanisha, and Keisha — navigate the politics, chaos, and absurdity of working in a call center while questioning the rules of life to pass the time. Each member of the group is chasing personal goals while on the clock. Beneath the comedy, Kenneth privately battles personified versions of his Depression and Anxiety as they interact with him during difficult moments. Rate: $100 flat rate per role for two shooting days. Additional info: Content Notes: Adult language, sexual humor, cannabis references, workplace conflict, and mental health themes including depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. She’s like a big sister to Kenneth as she understands he does have issues with his mental illnesses and tried to be his anchor to calm him down when needed. Keisha designs clothes, accessories, and trinkets that she sells to local mom-and-pop stores. Her long-term goal is to become a successful designer whose work is sold in major department store chains. Tone: Bold, funny, confident, protective, blunt.
Hispanic, White, mixed race, or ethnically ambiguous. Bisexual. The group’s marijuana connoisseur & experimental cannabis creative. Tanisha is passionate about growing her own strains, engineering unique blunts, & making gummies. When she talks about her machinations she tends to get tunnel vision as she treats her creations like her own children she is proud of. Her dream is to compete in & win local marijuana competitions. Tone: Chaotic, funny, expressive, strange in the best way, animated.
The department manager. Derek is positive, supportive, and genuinely wants his team to succeed. He tries to keep the department moving forward while managing strong personalities, office politics, and workplace chaos. Tone: Supportive manager, patient, professional, quietly funny.
(Voice role). Calling into customer support and speaks with Kenneth. Is angry and hostile as he has a technical support problem that he wants fixed not now, but “Right Now”. Has a verbal back and forth with the lead character Kenneth as he tries to resolve the issue.
