Casting For A Micro Budget Docu-Drama
Seeking parents of young actors ages 12- 14 for a micro budget docu-drama filming in downtown Antioch, CA this August. Roles are non-union. Your child does not need to be a skateboarder, but skaters will be moved to the front of the line. The project explores raw, real life stories set in a gritty urban environment and will be filmed in a documentary style. If your child is a natural in front of the camera and can bring authenticity to their performance, we would love to hear from you.

A quiet, sensitive kid dealing with a tough home situation. He's been largely left to fend for himself and leans on his older sister for stability. Beneath the tough exterior is a boy who feels everything deeply but doesn't know how to express it. Ages should be 12 to 14 years old.
Alina's Brother's best friend and ride or die. Eddie is bold, streetwise, and always down for whatever. He's the kind of kid who covers up his own pain with humor and bravado. Loyal to his friend but not afraid to push limits. Age should be 14-15 years old
A young boy living in the shadow of a chaotic home life. He keeps to himself, escaping through video games while dealing with a volatile mother. Soft spoken and reserved, but sharper than people give him credit for.
