4 roles
A reckless, smug, egotistical, insecure family man and mob associate. He is competent in his criminal activities but often fails to be a husband and father. He clearly loves his family and wants to give his daughter a perfect Christmas moment. His pride is easily wounded, especially when his wife calls him out on everything or when something doesn't go his way.
A nervous, soft-hearted accomplice, a timid family man, and a mob associate. He and Stan both work for the same mob boss and are coastally dragged into Stan's disaster because he is too afraid to stand up to him. He is awkward, oddly polite, and almost childlike. Unlike Stan, Jim has a conscience. Even if he is not a perfect father, he at least wants to be there for his kids.
The bitter mall Santa who becomes the victim of Stan's insane plan. He is rude, exhausted, cynical, and clearly done pretending to be cheerful after dealing with children all season.
Stan's exhausted wife. She is tired of Stan's excuses, tired of his dangerous "jobs," and especially tired of him disappointing their daughter, Annie. Mary is sharp, blunt, and fed up, but she is also protective and practical. She always makes it clear to Stan about his ego and bullshit and isn't afraid to call him out on it.
