Description:

Seeking talent for an educational training project designed to help mental health professionals adapt evidence-based treatment approaches for neurodivergent clients. Selected performers will participate in simulated therapy conversations alongside expert psychologists in a supportive and inclusive environment. This project is specifically seeking actors who are autistic and/or have ADHD and feel their lived experience may contribute to authentic portrayals of clients in educational demonstrations. Participants will not be required to disclose personal medical information and may choose how much personal experience, if any, they wish to incorporate into their performance. The content will focus on practical clinician training rather than dramatic or emotionally intensive acting scenarios. More Details: Filming will take place between July 6–11, 2026. Content will be used exclusively within professional training programs accessible only to verified mental health professionals through a subscription-based educational platform. Self-tapes are required for consideration. Location: Washington, DC 20001 Submission Deadline: June 12, 2026 Non-Union Rate: $1,000 per talent (includes session and usage) Submission process - If you meet the breakdown criteria and are interested in being considered, please email requesting the self tape instructions. Character Description: Individuals will portray clients in realistic educational therapy demonstrations designed to help clinicians develop effective communication and treatment strategies for neurodivergent individuals. Performances should be natural, authentic, and collaborative. Age Range: 18+ Experience Level: Beginner to Experienced Special Skills: Must be autistic and/or have ADHD and be comfortable participating in simulated therapy conversations for educational purposes.
