About the project: Something to Survive For is a independent dramatic survival short film that is seeking actors for principal and supporting roles. SYNOPSIS: Something to Survive For follows two teenage brothers on a hiking trip deep in the wilderness. After a devastating accident leaves one brother seriously injured and unable to move, the other must travel alone through unforgiving terrain in search of help. Battling exhaustion, injury, isolation, and the elements, the brothers fight to survive as time works against them. Rate: Deferred. Additional info: Filming will take place throughout the Lehigh Valley, the Pocono Mountains, and Northern New Jersey during Summer 2026. Majority of filming will take place outdoors in wilderness environments.
