Background Casting Call for a Feature Film

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Looking for 2 background actors for a scene in an independent feature film. Please, see the details below. Rate: Volunteer position. Film credit provided. Craft services (snacks and refreshments) provided. Additional information: Location: Stanley Park, Vancouver. Date: June 6, Saturday. Call Time: 3:00 PM, the shoot will be done in 2 hrs. Please note that the shooting time may change slightly on the day. Directors will keep selected participants updated, so please be available and keep your phone nearby. Scene Description: The lead characters are trying to take a selfie together when two friendly passersby offer to help by taking the photo. It's a simple, fun interaction with a small amount of on-camera presence. Submission deadline 6th June 2026, 12 pm. When applying, please submit your head shot, show-reel, name and age.
