About the project: A major cable network and an award-winning production company are now casting hosts/experts for an episodic transactional series that uncovers treasure hiding in plain sight. Seeking resellers, appraisers, collectors and antique experts who also love talking to people and can help homeowners with their potentially valuable items. Rate: TBA (Approximately 4k per episode, rate to be negotiated/pending on experience). Additional information: New 30-min unscripted resale series from Scott Brothers Entertainment (Major US Cable Network). Think Storage Wars vibes. GTA Filming | Early–Spring 2027. Must be Canadian. Key Qualities: - Real, hands-on experience in antiques, resale, appraising, collecting, or restoration - Speaks in a way that’s easy to follow and compelling - Comfortable leading conversations with non-experts; - Can deliver tough truths without alienating people; - Can coach and mentor homeowners through decisions; Bonus Qualities: Existing social/media presence in this space.
