Nance needs one built and she goes to her handy man partner Vito and asks him to build it. As she begins to describe what she needs, he acts like it is an impossible task, offering her nothing in terms of assistance to describe, and a big argument ensues. Following the argument, Nance tells her playwright friend Emmit about the play she wants to write and how when she tried to describe it to Vito they argued. Nance explains in grave detail her idea but when she tells Emmit about the argument, he insists that the argument is actually the real play. Additional information: The fourth annual Grand River Arts Festival is a two-day outdoor celebration and exhibition of visual arts, music, and theatre & performance art, taking place on September 18–19, 2026. The event will be held in Brantford, Ontario. The festival features over 60 curated art vendors, live award-winning musical performances, interactive art demonstrations, dance, and food and drink vendors across the grounds.
