Rate: Receive UP TO $1,400/person for your participation. $650 for filming. $750 additional if your footage makes the final cut. Additional information: You must: Be comfortable on camera Have some sort of investment portfolio and be comfortable talking about your personal philosophy with investing; Be able to give natural reactions and tell your story in an interesting way; Not be a member of ACTRA, UBCP, or SAG-AFTRA. Location: Downtown Toronto. Dates: Mid-July (TBC). This campaign flips that on its head — real people, real portfolios, no filter and “a great investor” can look different, depending on your personal goals. You don't need to be a financial expert. Think MTV cribs but for portfolios. Directors want to hear how real people invest and they're defining 'portfolio' broadly. Stocks, crypto, RRSPs, sure! But also anything else you've put your money into and care about. If you have a genuine relationship with money and a story worth telling, directors want to hear from you. Bonus points if you’re a little unexpected! Directors are drawn to people with unusual hobbies, surprising backstories, or a take on investing that nobody else would think to have. They're actively looking for people whose day job, hobby, or life philosophy makes them the last person you’d expect to have opinions about money — and yet here you are.
