Additional information: Responsibilities: Own and operate the content engine, from ideation to publishing, with a focus on high-volume, high-performing short-form content. Develop repeatable content systems: generate hooks, formats, and scripts at scale (e.g. 10 hooks × 10 formats × 10 variations). Identify, source, and coordinate talent (creators, instructors, students) to produce compelling, authentic content). Stay close to trends, platform shifts, and viral formats adapting them into high-converting content. Work closely with the paid media team to test content as ads and scale what converts into leads and enrollments. Build a strong content pipeline to support expansion into key U.S. markets (e.g. Texas, Florida). Produce content that competes with the top 1% of creators in the category. Qualifications: 2–5+ years experience creating and publishing high-performing short-form content (TikTok-first mindset). Proven ability to create content that doesn’t just get views — but drives action (clicks, leads, conversions). Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling, and what makes content compelling in the first 1–3 seconds. Strong foundation in copy writing, you understand how to write to capture attention, build curiosity, and drive action. Experience sourcing and managing talent or creators for content production. Strong writing skills, especially for short-form scripts and direct-response style ads. Highly execution-focused, you are a builder and publisher first, not just a strategist. You have a portfolio of content you’ve created or helped produce, and can clearly speak to what worked and why. DTC growth experience is a plus.
