About the project: Not So Royal Flush is about two people who got comfortable playing with fire until somebody got burned. Kareena has been in a long-term relationship for years, but for the last three she’s also been involved with Eric. What started as casual became routine. What was supposed to be just sex slowly turned into something neither of them wanted to name. Eric made the rules clear from the beginning—he doesn’t want kids, doesn’t want commitment, and definitely doesn’t want a serious relationship. Kareena said she understood… but feelings don’t always follow rules. Over time she starts wanting more. Not just moments with Eric, but a real chance with him. She’s honest enough to admit she would leave her boyfriend if Eric ever wanted something real. By the time the dust settles, revenge has taken on a life of its own—and not everybody makes it out alive. Not So Royal Flush is a story about blurred lines, emotional attachment, and what happens when love, ego, and revenge all sit at the same table… and nobody walks away with a winning hand.
