Paid Energetic Brand Ambassadors Needed for World Cup

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Hiring energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and Team Leads (TLs) to support an exciting live activation representing a travel brand at game day events in and around BMO Field and the official Fan Fest (near City Place also in Toronto). Rate: $28/hour for BA, $33/hour for TL. NOTE: Team Leads will also receive an additional paid hour per shift to complete pre-and post-event responsibilities, including: Submitting reports; Charging and organizing iPads; Team coordination and check-in/check-out duties. Additional information: Staff will engage with guests, conduct short iPad surveys, and distribute branded promotional swag to participants. Activation will take place both inside BMO Field and within the Fan Fest area during major event days. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role ideal for confident communicators who enjoy live events and working outdoors. DUTIES: Approach and interact with event attendees; Conduct iPad-based guest surveys; Encourage participation and create positive guest experiences; Distribute branded swag to guests upon survey completion; Assist with booth upkeep and event setup/take-down; ADDITIONAL TL DUTIES: Lead and support a team; Ensure staff are on time, in uniform, and fully briefed; Oversee booth operations and troubleshoot onsite issues; Manage reporting and device organization; Act as the main point of contact during shifts; They will also conduct surveys and act as a BA member; Shifts run from June 11th - July 19th and range from 6-10 hrs in length, structured around various game times.
