3 roles
The youngest member of a small blue-collar work crew. Talkative, a little unfiltered, good-natured but not always self-aware. Gets ribbed by the older guys and takes it in stride.
A seasoned member of the same crew. Steady, dry, the guy who keeps things moving and keeps the younger guy in line.
Also part of the crew, but with a closer relationship to the lead character. Grounded and perceptive. The one person who actually checks in on the boss without making a big deal of it.
