Managing social media posting, engagement, and consistency. Applying trends in a way that aligns with the brand. Reviewing performance and improving content over time. Using tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and quality. Identifying ways to streamline workflows and improve how work gets done. Creating content that supports member growth and product awareness. Supporting marketing efforts such as promotions, updates, recaps, and campaign execution. Assisting with financial education programming and scholarship coordination. Who you are: 1–3 years of experience. Takes initiative without waiting for direction. Balances creativity with execution. Stays organized across multiple projects. Understands what content fits the brand and what does not. Accepts feedback and uses it to improve. Brings forward ideas and completes them.
