Auditions for Musical "Footloose"

Performers wanted for "Footloose" show. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Additional info: Anyone in 7th grade and up (including adults). Seeking roughly 35 cast members. All roles available. Must be available for performances July 30, 31 and August 1 and 2, 2026. Please bring calendars and a list of conflicts between the dates of June 1 through August 2. The team will work around conflicts if at all possible. Photos and videos may/will be taken during auditions to help the casting team. Audition requirements: Please come prepared with a 32 bar cut of a song set in the style of Footloose. You may sing acapella or with a backing accompaniment track using your own device, no accompaniment will be provided. (Contemporary and pop Broadway recommended!) Performers may be asked to match pitch with a keyboard/piano. Performers will be asked to cold read from the script. Performers will be asked to learn dance steps, please wear comfortable shoes.
