Rate: SPT $697 weekly minimum (SPT 7) Additional info: PREPARATION: Please prepare EITHER a 32-bar cut of a song and a 1-minute monologue, OR two contrasting 32-bar cuts of songs, OR two contrasting 1-minute monologues. The stylish and witty widow of the former mayor. She is wealthy, sophisticated, and enjoys being part of the salon’s regular social circle. Clairee is known for her dry sense of humor and playful sarcasm.
A spirited woman whose vibrant personality and inner strength leave a lasting impact on everyone around her. Despite living with type 1 diabetes, she is determined to live life on her own terms.
Shelby’s mother, a sensible and deeply loving woman who works as a social worker and guidance counselor. She is practical and protective, often worrying about Shelby’s health and well-being.
The group’s resident curmudgeon. She is gruff, blunt, and delightfully eccentric. She is wealthy and independent but seems perpetually irritated with the world.
