"Rock of Ages" Musical in Search of Equity Cast
Seeking Equity actors for roles in 2027 Season show "Rock of Ages". Additional details are provided below. Rate: LOA $890 weekly minimum (Ref. to LORT) - 2025-26 rate Additional info: No appointments. This call will be run on a 1st come, 1st served. basis. The doors will open at 9:30am. Audition day lunch 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Parking: Garages or street parking, theatre does not validate. PREPARATION: Please prepare two contrasting selections, bringing sheet music in the appropriate key; an accompanist will be provided. No acapella singing or singing to playback. If not singing: 2 contrasting 1-minute monologues OR one 2-minute monologue. All actors please bring a copy of your headshot and resume. An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition. Equity’s contracts prohibit discrimination. Sexy rock star. Decided to leave his successful hair/metal-rock band to try it solo. Self-important, confident intriguing in all the wrong ways, the ultimate bad boy; he is all about sex, drugs, and rock-n-roll. Great strong comedic timing and strong rock tenor voice. (Vocal Range: C3-Eb5)
