About the project: Casket Case is a dramatic comedy about a well-off, Chinese/Filipino blended family — the estranged Tongsons have just lost their beloved patriarch, and in order to receive their portion of his estate, his current wife, ex-wife, and sons have to come together and host his funeral. Supporting Role. Chinese/Filipino ethnicity. John Tongson is the beloved father and patriarch of the family who has passed away. The actor for this role will portray this character through vocal monologues and have their likeness display on photographs in a fictional funeral setting.
Supporting Role. Roger is John's closet and oldest friend and is the executor of John's estate. He is stern and cares deeply to execute John's will to the best of his ability.
