About the project: A level headed journalist, Carter, is sent for a week to investigate Oracle Homes, a new house development that claims to predict the future needs of the owner perfectly. Over the course of her stay, she becomes more involved with the charming, if invasive, housing developer, Sam. However, as the deadline for the article comes closer she's left asking if it really is too good to be true. Rate: Volunteer project with the potential for an honorarium after the closing show. Baritone vocal range G2-D4. A charismatic, self-righteous, salesman and house developer willing to do anything to see his project succeed. Underneath his confident veneer is an intense desperation, a penchant for pushing things too far and not-so latent control freak tendencies. In short, he's a creep who will convince you he isn't.
Looking for a voice actor who can portray many characters. "Cam Bot": a helpful, if blandly annoying, robot who monitors and controls an Oracle Home. "Nelson": Sam's underling at the company. He's nervous, yet ambitious. "Ethan": Carter's boyfriend. Only present in voicemails. "Baxter": Carter's editor, old fashioned, bombastic yet dry.
