Seeking performers for "Big: The Musical" show. Please find the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: SPT $623 weekly minimum (SPT 6). Additional info: First rehearsal: October 20, 2026 Opening: November 13, 2026 Closing: December 27, 2026 Video submissions accepted through May 22, 2026, 11:59 PM CST. Female presenting Vocal Range: G#3-G5 An executive at MacMillan’s toy company and Older Josh's love interest. Beautiful and all business but getting involved with Josh helps her connect to her inner, happier child.
Female presenting Vocal Range: G3-D5 Josh's mother, protective and strong. Concerned about what effects puberty is having on her son's personality. Motherly and protective. Will also be part of the ensemble.
Male presenting Vocal Range: C3-F4 A toy company owner trying to save his failing business. Distinguished, but with a good sense of humor. Will also be part of the ensemble.
Male presenting Vocal Range: F3-G4 A junior executive at MacMillan Toys who becomes Josh's rival in the office. Arrogant, immature, and entirely self-absorbed. Will also be part of the ensemble.
Eight total. Varying identities and ages to play parents, Carnival People (Bean Bag Toss Lady, Bearded Lady, Ticket Taker); Port Authority People (Panhandler, Arcade Attendant); Macmillan Company Workers (Miss Watson, Young Interns), and Zoltar. Will also understudy principal roles.
