About the project: Detective by day. Undercover by night. 2 rivals & 1 dangerous game of trust. Storyline: "Undercover" - a dark, high-stakes crime drama that follows junior detective Riley Quinn as she goes undercover in a dangerous BDSM club to investigate a human trafficking ring tied to the death of her former friend. Forced to partner with the cocky and unpredictable senior detective Jackson Shepherd, Riley must navigate a world of power, control, and blurred boundaries. As the case deepens, their mission becomes entangled with a mysterious crime boss, a manipulative social elite, and a hidden network of exploitation—forcing Riley to confront her past, her beliefs, and her limits. Rate: $200-500 + OT depending on the role, lead rate negotiable for actors with previous viral vertical show experience. Out of province actors will only be considered for lead roles. For all out of the province actors: Round trip flights - economy; Ground transportation from/to the airport, accommodation from/to set; hotel accommodation; Per diem CAD $50.00 per day. However, if the production covers meal expenses, the per diem may be reduced as follows: Breakfast: $10; Lunch: $15; Dinner: $25.00. Additional info: Non-union. Filming dates: May 20-26. A qualified Intimacy Coordinator and a certified Stunt Coordinator will be engaged for all applicable scenes to ensure performer safety and adherence to industry standards.
Lead. A confident, charismatic senior detective with a past as a con artist. Sharp, observant, and emotionally intuitive beneath his cocky exterior. Uses humor and charm as armor. Skilled in manipulation and control, but ultimately grounded by a strong moral code. Develops a complex dynamic with Riley. A qualified Intimacy Coordinator and a certified Stunt Coordinator will be engaged for all applicable scenes to ensure performer safety and adherence to industry standards.
