About the project: Abby is a 14-year-old socially awkward teenager struggling to make connections after a recent move. Against her mother's rules, she downloads a friend-messaging app called "Friendly" and matches with "Tessa, " a girl her age living nearby. As the two bond over weeks of texting, Abby ignores growing red flags, eventually agreeing to a secret in-person meeting that leads to a chilling conclusion. Rate: This is a no-budget production.
