Set in the late 1970s, the story follows three very different women—Violet, Doralee, and Judy—who are pushed to their limits by their egotistical, sexist, and manipulative boss, Franklin Hart Jr. After an outrageous fantasy of revenge brings them together, the trio hatches a bold plan to take control of the office and transform their toxic workplace into one built on fairness, inclusivity, and respect.
